CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Trevino called the meeting of September 8, 2020 to order at 7:12 p.m.

It was moved by Councilwoman Sharp to approve the minutes as presented. Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Villarreal.

NEW BUSINESS
Resolution 2020-05, Acceptance of TIB Project
It was moved by Councilwoman Guzman to adopt Resolution 2020-05, a Resolution of the City of Granger, Washington accepting completion of the Mentzer and 2nd Avenue Improvements. Motion was seconded by Councilman Isiordia.

Purchase of Police Vehicles
It was moved by Councilman Isiordia to allow the expenditure of two vehicles from Yakima County for the Police Department in the amount of $8,500. Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Guzman.

Purchase of Fuel – PW
It was moved by Councilwoman Sharp to approve the expenditure for the Public Works Department for the purchase of fuel in the amount of $755.46. Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Guzman.

PROCLAMATION
Mayor Trevino read Childhood Cancer Awareness Month proclamation and declared September 2020 to be Childhood Cancer Awareness month and encouraged all the people of Granger to join in this special observance.
Subdivision Development Agreement – Anahi Investments LLC
It was moved by Councilwoman Guzman to have the City enter into this subdivision Development Agreement with Anahi Investments LLC for the 2nd phase of their subdivision. Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Sharp.
