The City Clerk/Treasurer’s office is responsible for all municipal records, production of City Council agendas and minutes, public records requests, ordinances, resolutions, land use projects, interlocal agreements, maintaining the payroll system, human resources and personnel, risk management, utility billing, and processes various actions of the City Council, advisory boards, and planning commissions.
This department is also responsible for handling the financial operations such as the annual budget process, generating monthly statements of revenue and expenditures to all departments, and preparing the annual financial report to the Washington State Auditor’s Office.

Monday-Thursday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.; 1 p.m. – 5 p.m. Closed for lunch.
For your convenience there is a night drop box that you can use to deposit utility payments after hours. Please do not leave cash payments in the drop box.
