CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Pro Temp Hilda Guzman called the meeting of September 23, 2022, to order at 7:00 p.m.

Hilda Guzman led everyone in the flag salute.

New position 50/50 City Hall And Police Dept.

Public works requesting part time position to become full time to fill needs of the water/sewer dept.

It was moved by Councilmember Munoz to approve the minutes of September 13, 2022, as presented. Motion was seconded by Councilmember Stonemetz.

It was moved by Councilmember Isiordia to pay the bills of September 13, 2022, in the amount of $117,153.23 Motion was seconded by Councilmember Munoz.
