Mayor Trevino called the meeting of July 13, 2021, to order at 7:02 p.m.

Ordinance 1376 – Contingency Sub Fund
It was moved by Councilwoman Guzman to adopt Ordinance 1376, An Ordinance establishing a Contingency Sub Fund within the General Fund. Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Estrada.

Task Order 2021-02 SCAP Grant
It was moved by Councilwoman Guzman to enter into Task Order 2021-02, for the Main Street Reconstruction in the amount of $3,600. Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Estrada.

Expenditure Request PW Street Striper
It was moved by Councilwoman Estrada to approve the request to purchase a new paint striper in the amount of $4,600. Motion was seconded by Councilman Isiordia.

Request for Expenditure -PD Laptops
It was moved by Councilman Isiordia to approve the expenditure of $4,197 for two new Dell computers for the police vehicles Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Villarreal.

It was moved by Councilman Isiordia to approve the purchase presented by the Court Administrator in the amount of $1,706.26. Motion was seconded by Councilwoman Estrada.

It was moved by Councilwoman Guzman to adopt Ordinance 1378, an Ordinance amending the Current Expense Fund in the amount of $26,000. Motion was seconded by Councilman Isiordia.
